Generator Controller Upgrades

Any organisation with an existing generator can reduce costs and significantly increase reliability by upgrading the controller on their generator to provide real-time monitoring and reporting of the generator status, support automated scheduled maintenance tasks and enable remote management.

The legacy approach to generator maintenance of sending an engineer to site once a month is not aligned with today’s uptime requirements of most organisations, since critical faults preventing correct operation and not discovered until the engineer attends the site possibly weeks later for the monthly site visit.

Our tested remote communication technology works across any IP capable network such as 3G or GSM cellular networks. Direct Management is also available over Ethernet, Fibre, USB, Serial, SNMP, ModBus and RS485. IT Operations particularly can now manage their generator solution like any other appliance on the network.
